Not long ago, fell behind in this matter Donetsk, Cherkasy, Khmelnytsky, Kherson organization of the Company. After a stronger financial base, increased personnel of the asset, these regional organizations became one of the best.
Bureau of the Republican Committee of DOSAAF Ukraine a few years ago, after consulting with activists, I decided to major funds derived from membership dues, earmarked for capital construction and strengthening of educational and sports facilities. Many regional organizations have begun to invest in construction. In coordination with the local party, Soviet and economic bodies, they began to build houses technical training, facilities for automotor, workshops, garages, restore old premises. Created is a lot of these training centers, educational methods, educational, military, propaganda and sports activities. I firmly believe these centers, such centers, where a concentrated training, educational, sporting life of the committees of our Society, are needed.
House technical training, except Chernigov, built in Uzhgorod, Kiev, Yalta, Donetsk. In the near future to finish construction of base stations in Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Vinnitsa, Kherson. We started to build them in Lugansk, Zhitomir and Cherkassy. Proceed to the construction of almost all the regional organizations.
At the same time, we intend to build smaller plants in all regional centers. And they are already under construction. They are in the republic there are now dozens.
